As part of the 2015 Women In The World Summit , openly bisexual model and actress Cara Delevingne was interviewed by gay actor Rupert Everett on her childhood, her model career and her acting debuts.

From the beginning of the video, Cara does not hesitate to open up and to talk about her dark years. She also reads one of her poems written when she thought about suicide. She recounts her journey to get out of depression, and how writing and yoga helped her to accept herself.

Although, currently, Cara admits not knowing how to do, she wants to help women to feel good. So this video is a good way to start. By sharing her story, she hopes to help other women to also get through it.

Cara will soon star in the upcoming film "Valerian" by French writer and director Luc Besson ("The Fifth Element", "Lucy"). She has got off to a good start!
